I’m going to try to be good and write this so Lisa doesn’t cry. (She always cries when I write something nice about her)
I love you Leesie. You have ALWAYS, always, ALways! been there for me. I wish that everyone had at least one friend like you. I don’t know what I did right in my life for God to let me have you as a friend, but I am grateful.
You have seen me at my best and at my worst. You never judged me. You laughed at me when I needed to be laughed at to remind me that no matter how serious the problem we could still laugh. You held my hand when I cried and made me know that I was safe to be venerable.
I know you don’t ever pick sides, but I know that you always have my back.
I love the sound of your laugh, the way you make your friends laugh, the way you look at me when I say, “You hair looks good!” and you haven’t done anything to it.
You’re one of the greatest people I have ever known.
