It will be two years since the marriage ended (in April) and 4 months of being single. If I get one more email telling me to spill it when it comes to the dating scene, i’m going to close down this blog and you’ll be forced to read about my escapades on Facebook.
Yes, I would love to spill the details of that sordid night of arousing moral destruction. I don’t have any. Well, I do. But not that I can share here, there or anywhere. I’m a private person. Bwhahahaha! I actually tried to type that with a straight face.

Dating?
no. not really. I thought I could and at the last minute I backed out claiming I had the flu.
Hanging out?
yes. I have some really amazing friends that I am spending time with.

Uh. No. I still have morals. … …. …..Bwhahhaha! shut up.
Someone special?
yes and no.
Over your divorce?
OH HELL THE FUCK YES. I was thinking about that again this morning. I am baffled how someone can be your whole world, you can be together that long and go through the things you did and be married and love each other…but now that he is gone my life is better. How is that possible? I don’t know. I’m glad he left. THIS is my life. I am lucky enough to call THIS my life!
Over that ‘one guy’?
Yes and no. I’ve accepted that we won’t ever be together. I have also learned that much like my divorce revelation, I am a different kind of happy and there are other people in this world that think I am amazing, have beautiful eyes and want to get to know me for who I am.
How’s quitting smoking?
Well, I would stab someone in the neck for a single drag.
How’s the new place?
Awesome. The stairs are a bit much at times, but I like it.
I’ve mentioned the list my sister has made and how I have managed to tweak it a bit. I put on Facebook that I was trying to decide between Castle Crag and Mt. Lassen…or both. I got a huge response from people that would like to join us, including my brother.
So what started out with just me and my sister is now up to 6 more people. Hopefully with those people doing it and talking about it, it will encourage others to join us. It will be interesting to see how many people will be there the day we climb the mountain.

You wanna join us? You should do Lassen. Michael is going to go with us. Hopefully by then I can actually jog it! Since we are so competitive I know he will either want to beat me up the mountain or push me off.

I was wondering about the marriage thing, since last time I read y’all were head over heels, issues be damned. I was shocked actually to get the gist that you were single! But, if you’re happy, congrats! :-)

I set the date for August 13th. Since this post I now have 6 MORE people joining us! We are meeting at 8am at the LASSEN PEAK parking lot on 8/13 (I picked 13 because it’s my favorite number!)
We are just going to climb to the top and say, “Did it.” and go back down. Then we are probably going to find a really cool bar in Redding and celebrate!
It’s just nice to have something that people are excited about and want to join in!

So I told Barry that Michael was doing Mt Lassen and he said ” I saw that”. Dont think he is inspired. I started my routine today on the treadmill. I should be ready. But you need to give me the actual date so I can make sure I get it off.

I wish I could. Really really wish I could. I can’t afford the air fair just now and……. I can’t set foot in Ca. I just can’t do it to myself. I don’t think I could get back on the plane to fly back to this freaking east coast(why I ever agreed to move here I will never know), and my kids are still to young to fend for themselves just yet lol.
And double crap that I can’t! Thirteen is my lucky number, and August is my favorite month of the year!

It’s easy to delete emails. Just right click and chose delete. Then forget about them and do what you want to.

you have no idea how often I do that. I get some pretty amazing emails from people though and I am honest so keep em comin!
