I’m trying to turn this picture into a cartoon graphic. Any ideas anyone?
Go to Photobucket.com and load it up. Click on edit and then click on effects. Click on cartoon and it will cartoon it.
I’ve tried that one. It just flattens the picture. I want more of the details of the picture. :( boo. Maybe I did it wrong.
