I got my email from the race director for Western States 100 mile endurance run. I will be at the Foresthill aid station. I am so excited I could puke.
In my running group I have a runner who is also going to be at the same aid station. We have never met and that will be our first time. What a great way to meet someone!

This is mile 62 out of 100 and last year Killian got in to that station in 9 hours.
Lester and I were driving home from Monterey when he made it to Foresthill. I had planned on going out last year to watch the runners come in at No Hands, but it was too late. They were MUCH faster than I had expected.

This year, I get to be there as a volunteer and I couldn’t be more excited.
