I’m torn.<\/p>\n

The rational part of me says, “Weezie.” (yes, my rational side actually has a nickname for me.) “You are a smart girl. You should just go with the ‘getting married in Maui’ idea you have had since you met Shaun and knew he was the one. HAHAHAHAHA.” (yes, my rational side has this wicked sense of humor) “No, really…Weez, just do what you want to do and forget what anyone else says.”<\/p>\n

Then the impulsive side comes into action, “Dude. You need think about some shit.” (my impulsive side is a pot smoking surfer.) “His dad is recovering from a heart attack and if you really want him there, you need to just chill on the flying to islands. You can ride some waves later.” (my impulsive side won’t except that I am a scuba diver and not a surfer.)<\/p>\n

No matter what we choose to do, I want it documented. Shaun bought some postcards and I got all the brochures from when we went to Monterey. I am thinking of putting together this kick ass scrap book that has some old pictures of when we started seeing each other up until everything to the wedding.
\nAnd then I remember…I can’t scrapbook to save my life!
\nI want to! I really do. All those colorful papers, spray on glue, cutsie little decorations…it SCREAMS for me to dive into it. This is something that was MADE FOR ME. Except for the fact that I have not ONE artistic bone in my whole body…except my shutter finger, and that is still questionable.<\/p>\n

Someone asked, “How are you going to be IN the wedding and still be the photographer.” Yeah. I know. I realize I am going to have to hand the camera over to someone else because it’s really hard to make a camera go with a wedding dress…unless of course I design my dress AROUND the camera. My dress could be Black and Yellow. OKAY OKAY, I realize I will look like a bumble bee if I try that. What if I had a camera bag that went around the camera, leaving the lens exposed?<\/p>\n

I’m guessing that SOMEONE out there can make me something that can make the BAMF look cute and delicate…If not, I can do it. I can get some…some…what is that stuff called? FABRIC! yes, that’s it.<\/p>\n
