\nScott and Sienna<\/p>\n

When I met Shaun’s family for the first time I was skeptical that Scott was really Shaun’s ‘little’ brother. Scott is about 5 feet taller and is lacking all hair follicles on the top of his head. Shaun’s dad looks younger than Scott.
\nI proudly announced to anyone that listened that I had gotten the runt of the family, but the pick of the litter.<\/p>\n

Shaun is your typical ‘older’ brother. He still bosses and smack talks with his little brother and sister. Unlike my older brothers, he doesn’t cause bodily damage through flicking. I was a little worried when I saw Shaun picking on his younger brother when we first met.
\nScott can crush Shaun with his baseball mitt hands. I was even MORE worried when I heard he was going to have twins.<\/p>\n

I didn’t express it out loud, but I thought of the character from “Of Mice and Men”, Lennie. He didn’t mean to crush the little animals, but he was so big…<\/p>\n

\"Sienna\"<\/a>
\nSienna<\/p>\n

I was wrong…he is super gentle and a very loving father. Layla and Sienna are 5 days old. We went over to their house this weekend to take pictures and fight over which one we got to hold.<\/p>\n

Layla was cute, but Shaun’s sister called dibs. So when they get older and everyone wants to know why I have 785 pictures of Sienna and 6 of Layla, I can explain.<\/p>\n

Little feet and hands. I swear it seems like yesterday that I was the new mom reminding people to make sure you hold their heads right and keep the socks on so the feetsies stay warm.
\nNow i’m bummed out because I want new babies. I messed the last bunch up, I wanna start all over!
\nI’m ready for the staying up all night worrying. I’m ready for the crying. I’m ready for the screaming bath & bedtimes. I’m ready for having to drive around so they’ll fall asleep. I’m ready for the thousands of dollars on clothes and toys.<\/p>\n

WAIT JUST A MINUTE…I am STILL doing all of this with the kids I have!<\/p>\n

Screw it, at least I don’t have to change the 12 year old’s diaper.<\/p>\n

Congrats to Scott and Sonya. Welcome to the world of thousands of dollars spent on shoes and everything pink.<\/p>\n
