Well, I landed myself in the hospital.<\/p>\n
It’s not because I did something stupid, but because it’s heredity and now I need to change my lifestyle. I have quit smoking, drinking soda and my diet is now completely changed.\u00a0 It was the wake up call I needed for the change I have been wanting for my life.
\nI called Dan and he brought me in at 3am in horrendous amounts of pain. When I was released I was given a list of changes I would need to make if I didn’t want to live my life in the pain I was in.\u00a0 Message received loud and clear.<\/p>\n
So now I will be writing about the changes I am making to make my life better.\u00a0 I mean, I have been doing that, but now I am going all in.<\/p>\n
I know I want to go through this without making it public and only the people I care about know what’s going on are the people that I have told.\u00a0 My family, my kids and a handful of friends.
