It usually hits me around now when everything slows down&#8230;.I&#8217;m sad.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s seasonal sadness because I am not getting enough sun&#8230;.and exercise.  I need to spend my weekend out on the trails and in the mountains, but I&#8217;m feeling a lot of conflict in that lately.  Ugh&#8230;oh well. Either it will work itself out or I will just die of heart desease. Either way, I won&#8217;t be alive to worry about it.<\/p>\n<p>Now I&#8217;m off to work.
