I am sick of this cold weather.<\/p>\n
This weekend I had to get out of the house. \u00a0Alyx grabbed the keys and her camera and we decided to see what we could find.
\nI found that walking around in the cold gives me a headache.
\nTHINKING about the cold gives me a headache. \u00a0 \u00a0This leads me into tomorrow, which is day two of the half training program I started with Victoria…and come to find out that motivated about 5 other people into starting the training too. \u00a0 It’s fun watching people say, “No.” and then say, “Okay, I did today…” and then send me messages saying they are joining up! \u00a0My cup…it runneth over. \u00a0I just wish that cup wasn’t in the middle of what feels the coldest Sacramento has been since…EVER.<\/p>\n
Still dealing with the death of my friend. It caused me to have nightmares about losing my sister. \u00a0I woke up in tears early this morning, and it took awhile to fall back to sleep. \u00a0 I’m pretty sure I will lose my mind if anything happens to my sister. I get it that my mom and dad are going to die….SOMEDAY….and I cringe every time my brother or sister call me. \u00a0I don’t think there is no way to prepare for the loss of my best friend in the whole world.
\nShe’s the only person in the world who gets me like my girls do. \u00a0I can call her and vent, bitch and she will listen and tell me that she will kick someone’s ass for me. \u00a0Bestest friend in the world.<\/p>\n
I’m going up there this weekend for the Redding Marathon and 5k. \u00a0She’s going to run her first 5k right along side of me. Victoria signed up too, because she’s a trooper and if I told her, “We have a run where we might have to wrestle a gator…” Okay, that might be the line she’s not willing to cross with me. \u00a0Anything else though, she will do. \u00a0Oh wait, she won’t scuba dive with me because she’s afraid of shark attacks in a swimming pool, but I bet when we do the half in Maui, she will go with me. :)<\/p>\n
