I went on a motorcycle ride after work last night. I was told that I would need to change from my shorts and into a pair of jeans, for safety.\u00a0 <\/span>I was looking for a shirt to wear and I was told, \u2018You have that little tank top with the spaghetti straps.\u2019\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Just because I would be riding on the back of a Harley, doesn\u2019t mean I needed to LOOK like I was some Harley chick and I went with a loose fitting white t-shirt.<\/p>\n This was my second time on the back of his motorcycle. The first time I was in horrible amounts of back pain, but I was also in a crazy place in my head where the thought of doing something dangerous overrode that pain.\u00a0 <\/span>Riding on the back of Harley is much different than what I was use to being a passenger on, which was a crotch rocket.\u00a0 <\/span>When I was 18 years old we didn\u2019t have to wear a helmet, I wore short shorts, tank top and my white rebok hightops.\u00a0 <\/span>I was screaming \u2018preppy bitch\u2019 in every possible way.\u00a0 <\/span>Now I am older , not only did I want to wear full body armor with chain mail, I wanted a seat belt.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n Being a passenger on this different type of motorcycle I finally got some of those unanswered questions I have always wondered about.<\/p>\n \n1. Why do those Harley women wear small tank tops? 2. What\u2019s with the braids? 3. Really? Boots\u2026what\u2019s the purpose? 4. Why do they always eat in the bar? 5. What\u2019s with the beer\/booze drinking? I have yet to figure out the reason for the skimpy leather, but maybe that will come with the years of riding I hope we get to do.\n<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Sadly though I don\u2019t fit in with the group so I probably won\u2019t be joining any groups and selling all I own to cross the lands on the open road on the back of Harley.\u00a0 <\/span>The only thing that screamed \u201cHarley\u201d was the thing I was riding and the helmet that had it written across it.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" I went on a motorcycle ride after work last night. \nThe answer I came up with after being the back for 5 minutes:\u00a0 <\/span>It\u2019s fucking hotter than HELL.\u00a0 <\/span>My thoughtful and stylish choice of \u2018lose fitting white tshirt\u2019 wasn\u2019t a good one because as soon as the wind kicked up I couldn\u2019t help but notice the ample boobage that was on full display if I looked down.\u00a0 <\/span>The parts that weren\u2019t \u00a0<\/span>flying about were now stuck to my skin that was dripping with sweat.\u00a0 <\/span>Next time I will wear the tank top\u2026with spaghetti straps.<\/p>\n
\nThe answer I came up with after pulling my hair out of the one he braided for me:\u00a0 <\/span>Because my hair would be a tangled mess\u2026much like it was after the braid came out, but easier to brush out.<\/p>\n
\nThe answer I came up with after looking at myself during the ride:\u00a0 <\/span>Because the adorable green and blue trail running shoes DO NOT look right while on a Harley.<\/p>\n
\nThe answer after pulling in to get a bite to eat and removing my helmet:\u00a0 <\/span>Because they stink and their hair is a mess\u2026not something someone wants to display in a restaurant.<\/p>\n
\nThe answer I came up with:\u00a0 <\/span>Because it\u2019s hotter than HELL out there and nothing tastes quite as good as a beer after a ride.<\/p>\n
