Today went well. Well, for a roller coaster it went well.<\/p>\n

I spent hours and hours talking to Kara last night.\u00a0 It’s hard to talk to your daughter and keep that fine line of what you can say and can’t say.
\nI have friends that I can pour my heart out to and tell them what I think and I remember that when we are talking and I need to keep the focus on what she is going through and how to get herself together.
\nLast night was a graceful ballet of making sure she remains strong, but knows it’s okay to break down.\u00a0 It’s my job to just listen.
\nIt was so much more about the person she was and not the person she is. It was heartbreaking and heartwarming at the same time.<\/p>\n

I woke up for work feeling really tired.<\/p>\n

I learned a few things on my way to and from work, allow me to share them with you…<\/p>\n

1. If there is a red light…I will hit it.
\n2. If there is a car going UNDER the speed limit, I will be stuck behind it.
\n3. Morning radio DJ’s…they need their vocal cords ripped out.
\n4. Afternoon radio is programed for people who have had their hearts broken into 5000 pieces.
\n5. It’s not as easy as it looks to throw yourself out of a moving vehicle at 40 mph.<\/p>\n
