I love Ikea.
\nThe Swedish Meatballs and Mac and Cheese isn’t the only reason.<\/p>\n

So much stuff. So much cheapness. So much high quality cheapness. My head spins with the glory of it.<\/p>\n

I love that there is lots of stuff. I love that the lots of stuff comes in nice little boxes. I friggin’ hate putting that stuff together.<\/p>\n

I cleared out the messy side of Shaun’s bed to put the new 29.00 desk in and as a “I am Woman…hear me Roar” moments I decided to take apart the old computer desk and install the new one.
\nI got the nicely packaged stuff out of the box and that is where it ended.<\/p>\n

The sweat started to pour down my face when the phone rang. It was Dan.<\/p>\n

“You called because you know that I’m attempting to put together something and you’re calling to get me off the ledge right? I HATE IKEA! Are you on your way over here? WELL?”
\nHe said, “No.” and then he forgot why he called because the frenzied, rapid fire question threw him off.<\/p>\n

I made him come over and put it together. YAY. I love Ikea again!!<\/p>\n

Guess who got the crappy old desk? Yep…me!
\nNormally I laptop from my bed-wearing pjs-pony tail-looking like I was beat up by the sandman.
\nToday. I look exactly the same, but I’m doing it from a desk less than 4 inches from my bed.<\/p>\n
