You would think that children’s cartoons would be more entertaining while trippin’ on DayQuil, but you know what? They aren’t.<\/p>\n
Poor Jeremiah is teething and I have a sneaky suspicion that he might have the same cold that I have…or I am teething too. He has a big ol’ snotty nose.\u00a0 Keep in mind, I’ve had three girls of my own, but I have never seen so much snot in my life.\u00a0 It’s no longer clear and has moved on to cool colors.\u00a0 He fights me every time I pull out the tissues. This child might have been Mr. Miyagi in a former life.\u00a0 I’m pretty certain if I were to hand him a pair of chop sticks he could catch a fly.

Today I woke up around 5 am and took my DayQuil.\u00a0 At 6:00 am Marina brought Jeremiah in my room and we sat and watched Sesame Street until 8:00 am.\u00a0 By this point I am stone, cold trippin’ on my DayQuil buzz.\u00a0 The Backyardagans came on and I was so excited because it wasn’t one I had seen before.\u00a0 As the morning progresses, Jeremiah gets tired and takes a nap.\u00a0 Since I have taken my dose of DayQuil and two cups of coffee, there is no way this girl is sleeping. I can’t breath anyway.
\nNow The Backyardagans are on again and I’m pissed because it’s one I’ve already seen.\u00a0 Jeremiah woke up and now I’m tired.\u00a0 With both of us being sick, you would think there would be an adult around to be able to take care of us, because when I am medicated I’m about as useless as a 4 year old.<\/p>\n
I’m thinking after we drop Jessica off at school, (Yes, I am required to drive) that I’m going to go find an adult that will agree to watch us and make sure we don’t hurt anyone or ourselves.<\/p>\n
