<\/p>\nShaun and I shot a birthday party for an 80 year old man this weekend. I hope when I am his age I am surrounded by the wonderfully colorful people he has in his life.<\/p>\n
As I was getting ready I decided that I should straighten my hair and that is when I noticed the 2 inches of roots I had totally not even noticed. I tried to remember the last time I had my hair done and it was exactly a week before the wedding…It’s been two months!<\/p>\n
When we downloaded the pictures from the shoot, Shaun showed me one he captured of me trying to get a screaming child to be quiet and eat his food by taking his picture and then showing him the picture saying, “Look at you! You’re in my camera!!” I actually like the picture because it shows ME as the person I am…but holy crap, THE ROOTS!<\/p>\n

So I rushed out, called my sister and talked her about what color I should get. After about 15 minutes of back and forth of ‘should I get this one or this one?’ I finally picked one knowing that no matter how bad I did, my sister could always fix it.<\/p>\n
Yeah, she’ll be fixing it.<\/p>\n
