I’ve never ate guacamole before. The color turned me off.
Honestly, it wasn’t that good.
It being 2009, and 2009 being one son of bitch, I decided that I’m not going to let me stop doing what I promised to do. Be a better me and try new things. This one of them.

LOL. Sorry but, I love the stuff! Most of my children can’t get past the look of it. And one won’t even eat avocado because guacamole is made from it. And she used to love them, until she found out what the green mushy stuff was made of lol.
Okay, I’m sorry to have to tell you this, but we can’t be friends anymore because I love avocados and guacamole! :D

I love avocados, and well-made guacamole. If anyone wants it, I have a great recipe which is chunky and not all mashed up, taught to me by the Mexican chefs at the hotel where I worked in Santa Cruz.

I do try it once in a rare while just to make sure I haven’t developed a taste for it though.
I never tried it until about a year ago. Now I love it! The color is ewww..but the taste is great. Maybe you didn’t gave good guac? Good guacamole is almost better than good sex. Almost. ;)
